Privacy

This is a static download site for fed-field-editor. It is built to be boring about your data: it asks for none and stores none.

What we collect

Nothing. There are no accounts, no forms, no sign-ups, and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. The only scripts on the site render the README from Markdown and copy a command to your clipboard when you click “copy” — both run entirely in your browser.

Third-party requests

None. Fonts, styles, and scripts are served from this site itself — the pages make no requests to third-party domains, ad networks, or content-delivery networks.

Server logs

The web host may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and the file requested) for security and operational purposes, as is typical for any website. These are not used to track or identify you and are not combined with anything else.

The software itself

Once installed, fed runs locally as a subprocess of your own scripts. It performs no network activity and sends nothing anywhere — it simply edits the text you give it and writes the result to standard output.

Links out

Pages here may link to a third-party site or an email address. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, which are not ours to control.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
