Privacy
This is a static download and information page for the Jay Pscot Library application. It is built to be boring about your data: it asks for none and stores none.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no accounts, no forms, no sign-ups, and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. The only scripts on the page fetch the distribution's README.md and render it from Markdown, and copy a command to your clipboard when you click “copy” — all of which run entirely in your browser.
Third-party requests
None. Fonts, styles, images, and the renderer are served from this site itself — the pages make no requests to third-party domains, ad networks, or content-delivery networks.
Server logs
The web host may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and the file requested) for security and operational purposes, as is typical for any website. These are not used to track or identify you and are not combined with anything else.
The software itself
The library application you download from this page runs on your own hosting under your control. Its analytics are first-party only: it counts reads, previews, downloads, and visitors in its own SQLite database using a hashed visitor token, stores no IP addresses for that purpose, and sends nothing to third parties. What your instance collects from your readers is governed by your deployment, not by this page.
Links out
Pages here may link to a third-party site or an email address. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, which are not ours to control.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
